
Abdullah Dowrani

Mr. Abdullah Dowrani Son of Haji Mohammad Dowran was born on January 15, 1970, in Kabul. After the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan in 1979, he migrated to Pakistan. He received his primary and secondary education in Peshawar, Pakistan. He holds Bachelor's degree, LL.B (Hons) Sharia and Law, from International Islamic University, Islamabad, Pakistan, and a Master's, LL.M degree, from the University of Houston, Law Center, Taxes, USA. Upon his return to Afghanistan in October of 2007, he was appointed as Director-General of Financial Supervision and Advisor to the Governor of the Da Afghanistan Bank (DAB). In March of 2008, he was appointed as Chairman of the Financial Disputes Resolution Commission (FDRC) by the President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.

Faizurrahman Wasiq

Faizurrahman Wasiq son of Ghulam Husain was born on 1950 in Takhar Province, Afghanistan. He received his primary and secondary education from Ibni Sina High school in Kabul, Afghanistan. He received his Bachelor's degree, LL.B from Kabul University. During his career, he achieved many milestones and performed different tasks; in 1994 he worked in the Ministry of Cultural, as Publishing Director and overall Communicating Assistant. In 1995 he worked as Managing Director and Finance Assistant in the Ministry of Cultural. In 1997 he worked as Chief Government Public Relations Presidential Directorate. On 28-11-2002 he worked as a Member of the Judicial Reform Commission. In 2002, he worked as Assistant-Private Sector-Legislation Department in the Ministry of Justice. In March of 2008, he was appointed as Professional Member of the Financial Disputes Resolution Commission (FDRC) by the President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.

Ahmadullah Masoud son of Jahangeer was born in 1982 in Takhar Province, Afghanistan. He received his primary and secondary education from Imam Bukhari High school in Peshawar, Pakistan. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Islamic Law from Sharia Faculty of Kabul University, his Master’s Degree in Law (LL.M.) from the University Of Washington School Of Law.
Mr. Masoud is the Legal Technical Member of the Financial Dispute Resolution Commission (DAB) in Kabul, Afghanistan. Prior to his current position, he worked as the Senior Huququ Training Specialist at the Assistance for the Development of Afghan Legal Access and Transparency (ADALAT) USAID Project at Checchi and Company Consulting, Inc with the Ministry of Justice. He was also the Legal Adviser to the Ministry of Economy in Kabul, Afghanistan where he participated in the drafting process of policies and laws and provided legal advice and technical support to MOEC leadership. Mr. Masoud was also the Lecturer at the Law Faculty, Dean of Political Science, and the Acting Chancellor of Mashal University, in Kabul, Afghanistan. As the lecturer, he taught constitutional, defense, and family law as well as legal research and legal writing courses. His experience includes providing legal services in the areas of corporate, tax, contract, investment, and legal drafting and translation. His earlier experiences include being the Legal Research Adviser for the USAID Afghanistan Rule of Law Stabilization Program (RLS-F) conducting legal research training programs for professors and students of Sharia and Law Schools owned by the Afghanistan Government. In this capacity, he also coordinated academic exchanges for professors of Sharia and Law at various universities in the United States, Pakistan, Egypt, and Turkey. Mr. Masoud served as the Head of Reference and Legal Research Trainer in INLTC / USAID Afghanistan Rule of Law Project where he taught legal research courses for judges, military attorneys, prosecutors, defense lawyers, and INLTC students. Mr. Masoud has authored a number of publications including the Legal Research Manual published by USAID, How Can We Train and Educate Our Children? Published in Erfan Magazin for MEO, Transaction of Endowment in Islam in Afghanistan Laws, and more. He is multilingual working in English, Arabic, Urdu, Dari, and Pashtu.

Abdul Raziq

Abdul Raziq son of Abdul Ahad was born in 1952 in Ghazni Province, Afghanistan. He received his primary and secondary education from Jamal Mena, Ghazni Province, and high school from Ghazi High School, Afghanistan. He holds Bachelor's degree in Economic Faculty from Kabul University. Since 1980, he worked in different departments in the Ministry of Finance. On 17 September 2009, upon the proposal from the Minister of Finance, he was appointed as Professional Member of Financial Disputes Resolution Commission (FDRC) by the President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.

Abdul Wassi

Abdul Wassi son of Haji Wakeel Ahmad was born in 1961, in Bagh-e-Bankocha Kabul Afghanistan. He received his primary education from Shah-e-Doshamshera Elementary School in Kabul Afghanistan. And his High School Diploma from Isteqlal High School Kabul in 1982. He received his Bachelor in Economics at Kabul University in 1991. He worked for three years as Journalist with Hywad Daily Kabul. After that five years with Budget Department, four years with the Audit Department, Ministry of Finance. Later and three years with the Investment Board of Prime Minister. On 17 September 2009, upon the proposal from the Minister of Finance, he was appointed as Professional Member of Financial Disputes Resolution Commission (FDRC) by the President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.

Hameedullah Sarwary

Mr. Hameedullah Sarwary son of Sherin Mohammad was born in 1981 in Kabul Province, Afghanistan. He received his primary and secondary education from Naderia High school in Kabul, Afghanistan. He received his Bachelor’s degree from the Economics Faculty of Kabul University. In addition, Mr.Sarwary has got his DBA from ARO and Intern at Independent Administration Reform and Civil Services Commission Kabul-AFG, Internship Program.
Mr. Sarwary Worked as Kabul bank receivership CFO, CCO, and Deputy Receiver, and he was appointed as Professional Member of the Financial Disputes Resolution Commission (FDRC) by the President of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.
